Description:
The miniature depicts the scene of the Nativity in the stable. The Virgin Mary and Joseph kneel in adoration of the Christ Child, with the ox and the ass nearby. The town of Bethlehem can be seen in the distance, and the golden rays from the star light the scene. The border is decorated with flowers and a grotesque.
