Comprises testimonies concerning Henry Jackson and Ann Awmack, notes on the death of Mabel Wigham and a transcription of a letter from the Earl of Rochester to Dr S. Pierce. '1789' is written in pencil on front cover. There is a partial index written on the inside back cover in pencil and ink. The front cover comprises a print showing a man sitting asleep in the sun with a chest and bags of money. A small inset shows a battle ground.
