Comprises accounts of various journeys undertaken by Joseph Wood including one to Batley. Also includes an account of a single journey to meetings in Cheshire, Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire. A piece of paper with '54' printed on it is pasted to the front cover. '42' has been written in ink on the front cover and '1814-15' in pencil. The cover comprises a contemporary paper with a blue flower design intersected by black, blue and white lines on a darker blue background. 'No. 42' is written in ink on the inside front and back covers.
