Contents: 1. folios 1–7: "י"[ב] פזמונים לליל שמחת תורה" . 2. folios 8r–9r: "פיוט ש אומרים בימים נוראים קודם הוס''ת: אפתח נא שפתי בצדק ובכשרון [מאת יהודה קרפי]" (see Davidson, Otsar ha-Shirah, vol.1 (New York 1924), 327, no. 7198). 3. folios 9v–11r: פיוט יסודות בהדרי קדש לכבד ה' בהביאי ס''ת וכן כשמוציאין כל הס''ת מן היכל ... נוהד יוסף כצאן'' "[מאתנתנאל ב''ר אהרן יעקב סגרי ] (see Davidson, Otsar ha-Shirah, vol.3 (New York 1930), 206, no. 208).

Distintinctive features of the material form of the text: The handwritten booklet imitates the form of printed Hebraic texts through its title page, decorations, catchwords and strict layout (see below). The last poem is an acrostic of its author's name n.t.ʼe.l. s.g.r.i. b.r.b.i. a.h.r.n. y.a.ḳ.v. ḥ.z.ḳ. The initial letters of every second verse which are making up the name are written in bolder bigger script.

State of text: Overall rather well preserved thick white paper. Hole, caused by pests, in wrapper's right side and folio i without loss of text.
