Pig scraper, used for scraping the skin of pigs after slaughter, Leyburn ( Wensleydale). Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0587. With ms. notes and catalogue details in the hand of Werner Kissling. Notes based on information supplied by John Lynas (possibly same as Jack Lynas) of Holgate Farm.
