Description:
Highly pictorial 19th century chromolithographed trade card of W. de Haan with images of decorative clocks, chandeliers, lamps and candelabras surrounding trader details in a variety of typefaces. Royal Coat of Arms of the Netherlands with motto 'Je maintiendrai' at top of card, flanked by Coat of Arms of the Netherlands and Holy Roman Empire double headed eagle and Coat of Arms of the Hague. Enamelled card or carte porcelaine with two tone coloured inks in reds and browns. Remains of previous blue paper mount and glue present on reverse.
