  • Description:

    Lobster pot with two rings on opposite sides, weighted with a stone held in place with a rope, on the harbourside at Dunbar (East Lothian). Fish heads are placed inside the creel for bait. When the creel is sunk into the sea, the rope is attached to a buoy.

    This photograph has been mounted on card for exhibition purposes, and is held with other mounted prints at LAVC/ARC/3/4.
