Transcription: JOHN THURSTON, Superior Billiard Table Manufacturer, 14, Catherine Street, Strand, London. AT VERY REDUCED PRICES. Portable and other Billiard Tables warranted of the best seasoned Materials and most correct Workmanship. The newly constructed handsome Portable Billiard Tables with folding Legs, very readily adjusted and most conveniently adapted for the Dining or Drawing Room in sizes of 6 feet 7, 8, 9 & 10 feet. J. THURSTON having continued applications for good second hand Billiard Tables, beyond the pofsibility [possibility] of supplying them is at length enabled by a careful Purchase of Materials and Manufacturing many together, to offer New and Superior Tables at very little more than the prices demanded for Old ones. He submits to the Nobility, Gentry, Merchants, Captains &c. an unprecedented variety of Portable and other Billiard Tables from 10 G.s to 130 G.s each warranted accurate. Superior Bagatelle Boards. Cures, Maces, Balls & marking boards, Cloths manufactured exprefsly [expressly] for BILLIARDS. Tables Exchanged & Cushions restuffed. J. THURSTON most respectfully invites the Nobility & Gentry to inspect his new Chinese Billiard Table, Chiefly intended for the Amusement of the Ladies. The very great advantage of these Tables is they occupy so much lefs [less] space than the Square ones, that almost any Room is sufficiently large to receive them.
