Newport Response Book - 24Mon7

Response book recording the answers given by informants during the Survey of English Dialect. It includes 9 sections that cover a range of topics relating to work, domestic and social life. Answers are recorded in the International Phonetic Alphabet.

Interviews have been carried out by fieldworker David Parry. There is one informant for this response book - Mrs Elizabeth Price. Her responses can be found in books V and VI below.
