[Side 1] Ted recalls shooting buzzard in 1906 which was subsequently mounted and later recorded at Manor House, describes typical year as gamekeekper from rearing to shooting season and rabbiting. [Side 2] Ted talks about ploughing, explains how to set up field to plough one 'veering' [= ridge/interval between two furrows] per 'land' [= one of set of strips into which ploughed field is divided], recalls regularly helping thatch stacks for local farmers.
