[Side 2] Fred explains how to slaughter and dress pig, explains use of 'creel' [= bench for slaughtering and dressing pigs], and 'cambrel' [= apparatus used to hang/stretch pig's carcass]. [02:30] Fred recalls various trips with father to buy and sell pigs. Note: Recording date 1957-09 noted by ear, 1957-11-13 written on lacquer disc label.
