[Side 2] Ernest recalls visit to local shoemaker and explains different types of shoes, identifies variety of farm vehicles and sheep-shearing techniques from photographs presented to him, mentions several local terms, incl. 'shelvings' [= detachable boards fixed to cart to increase load capacity], 'felly' [= section of wooden rim on cartwheel], 'stang' [= cart-shaft], 'keck-bar' [= adjustable lever to allow cart to tip] and 'coppy' [= low stool].
