"6. Sunrise: Sari Bair, Chocolate Hill and Salt Lake, Suvla Bay." Painting includes legend: "Sari Bar, Chocolate Hill and Salt Lake, 10/12/15". On reverse: "6. Sulva: Coy. H.Q. in reserve. Painted with a small box of paints found on the body of a private of The Artists Rifles, drowned in the trenches after the blizzard of Nov. 15th., 1915."
