"32. Rest billets, Coyeque [i.e. Coyecques]." Painting includes legend: "Coyecque. 6/7/17". On reverse: "32/33. Coyeque---another cushy rest billet. 25 miles from the Line, with bathing and fishing in the upper waters of the Lys. Thought we were good for a three weeks spell there but after ten days were rushed by motor transport up to Ypres."
