Highly pictorial 19th century chromolithographed trade card of C. J. Aelbrecht, with oval panel in centre of card depicting four men in workshop, two with hammers, encased in decorative cartouche. Above this, image of stove. Below this, image of companion set, circular stove and coal scuttle. Image of lock in top left corner and crossed keys in top right. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Enamelled card or carte porcelaine with two tone coloured inks in reds and golds. Remains of previous blue paper mount and glue present on reverse.
