Comprises accounts of various journeys undertaken by Joseph Wood including ones to Cold Hiendley and Shafton. Also includes the 'Testimony of the Pontefract Monthly Meeting concerning Joseph Wood deceased'. The final pages of the book are blank. A piece of paper with '63' printed on it is pasted to the front cover. '51' has been written in ink on the front cover and '1820-21' in pencil. The cover comprises a contemporary paper with a purple, pink, yellow and green pansy design on a pale green background. '51' is written in ink on the inside front cover.
