Description

Entitled 'Medical and Surgical Cases No 12' in the flyleaf. Front and back covers missing. Includes descriptions for patient cases with no index of the cases at the back of the notebook. The cases are generally dated.

Also includes two loose separate pages at the back of the volume. One is on letter paper providing another patient case description, and one other note with a seal entitled 'Wm Hey's Surgery'. This note is asking for Dr Logan to be informed that Hey will not be able to meet him that day, signed by Hey.
