[Side 1] Haigh recalls harsh winter of 1900, remembers falling up to neck in snow-drift and unsure whether walking on road or wall, briefly discusses severe winter of 1947. [Side 2] Haigh talks about training sheep-dogs, co-founded local sheep-dog trials in 1908, recalls winning first prize in 1913 and buying watch with prize money. Note: Recording date 1951-09 noted by ear, 1951-11-06 written on lacquer disc label.
