Described as a 'Sumerian foundation cone of Gudea, from Tello (ancient Girsu)'. This cone shaped stone has a domed base and is broken at the point.
A previous list describes the script as “For Ningirsu, the mighty champion of Enlil, Gudea, the ruler of Langash made the (ritual) appurtenances resplendent. He built and restored on its (original) site his (temple) E-ninnu-Imdugud-babbar”.
