"4. Lemnos." Sketch includes legend: "Lemnos 30 Nov 1915". On reverse: "4. Mudros harbour: Lemnos. In the distance, "Aquitania", in service as a hospital ship. 10,000 dysentry and typhoid cases were being evacuated weekly over a long period. Here the 25th. Div. burnt all underclothing as the [text missing] of the fleas."
